Job Opening – Delivery Driver at our Bonduel Location
DELIVERY DRIVER – We deliver to WI, IL, IN, IA, MN, MI, and OH. Most nights you would be home, but there are some overnight trips. We do give a per diem if you have to do an overnight stay and we pay for the hotel. We don’t have semi-trucks; we have pickup trucks and trailers. The wage is between $20 – $25 per hour based on experience (overtime pay after 40 hours in a week) and can be discussed during an interview, if chosen for an interview. Trucks are kept at our Bonduel location, so this would be where you leave from and return to each day. Normally we don’t do shipments on Fridays, but there have been a few exceptions.

Our modern and well-equipped manufacturing facilities are located in Bonduel and Shawano Wisconsin, Atlanta, Georgia and Carson City, Nevada. We are looking for talented sign professionals at all four of our locations.
Benefits
The first of the month after 60 days of employment, World Wide Sign Systems Inc. pays the premiums for $25,000.00 Term Life on our employees, $5,000.00 term Life for spouses and $2,000.00 Term Life for dependents over 6 months of age. World Wide Sign Systems Inc. pays for a short term disability plan for its employees as well.
World Wide Sign Systems Inc. has a generous vacation package as well as 6 paid holidays during the year.
Full time employees will earn PTO as follows:
- 40 hours (5 days) after 60 continuous days of employment
- 80 hours (10 days) on their 1st anniversary date.
- 120 hours (15 days) on their 3rd anniversary
- 160 hours (20 days) on their 5th Anniversary
- 200 hours (25 days) On their 12th anniversary
World Wide Sign Systems Inc. currently offers group health insurance, voluntary dental and vision and voluntary life and disability (Long and Short Term polices available) insurances. As well as voluntary accident, Hospital Indemnity and critical illness.
World Wide Sign Systems Inc. matches ½% for each 1% the employee contributes to his/her 401k plan up to a 6% employee contribution. Total possible company match is 3%.

World Wide Sign Systems, Inc. has production facilities in the USA: Bonduel & Shawano, Wisconsin, Carson City, NV and Atlanta, GA. This allows World Wide Sign Systems increased opportunity to support our clients on a national level and allows our East Coast, West Coast or Midwestern clients to work with one supplier to meet all of your sign or channel letter outsourcing needs.
From faces and cabinets, to channel letters and digital graphics, every product we manufacture gets the same attention. All products manufactured by World Wide Sign Systems or its divisions are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of shipment, unless otherwise specified in writing. WWSS inspects and tests all signs for proper operation prior to shipment from our factory. WWSS ships all signs with crating that meets or exceeds transportation industry standards for common carrier shipments. WWSS also photographs all products prior to shipping in order to ensure and document the condition of the product.
